Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

In terms of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966, the land pertaining to Tribe Community can not be mortgaged without the permission of District Collector.In such a case whether it can be mortgaged with a Nationalized bank for availing crop loan by the owner or else.If so whether prior permission from District Collector is required or else.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I do not address land or property related queries ... still you may check with the nationalized bank whether they are ready to grant you the loan against security of the land.
