Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
My uncle indulged in a chit fund embezzlement case worth INR 2300000, after finding out the disproportion of money by my uncle, my father was called in by the chit fund owner in his office , where the owner pressurised my father to produce 2 cheque worth the embezzled amount for the release of my uncle on the promise that my uncle will pay the owner the amount back , which apparently he did not . The owner hence tried to encash the cheque which bounced coz we already alerted the banks about the incident and filed a complaint with the police about the cheque being given to the owner under pressure.
The verdict was announced three days back after 5 years- 2 months in prison and INR 1000000 to be paid.
Is it the right decisions delivered.
The case delivered was in munsif court. What can I do now

Dear Sir / Madam,
A Court judgement order may be challenged and appealed against as per the prevailing judicial mechanism in India.
Regards,
1) File appeal immediately within time and obtain stay against operation of lower court conviction.
