what will i do if the bank file a case against me due to delayed payment of personal loan, will the police come right away to cath me

You may contact the Bank immediately and request them for time to make payment. If the Bank complaint to the Police, you may at some occasion land up in their hands. The Police may not chase you from the moment the Complaint is filed.
