If we sent wrong cheque number in statuary notice,we can file 138 u/s case against proprietor, unless not then after which case may filed against proprietor.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, you will have to file the same notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938 quoting the correct Cheque Number and other particulars.
