Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Yesterday one of the Delhi Police guy came and said you have non bailable warrant,case is filed by HDFC bank.He said go and settle or go to banglore for Bail.Now my question is it posible to file fir against me in banglore instead of Delhi/UP ,where i reside and taken Credit Card and default.

Bank guys are not ready for settle nw,as I talked to them.

I doubt whether it was orginal warrant or it was just they want to scared me

Please suggest me ehat should i do and if need to go Banglore I can go but hw can u plz suggest any laweyr who must be cheap not too expensive.

Please help me

Did the Police man show you the warrant.. If yes go take bail or file cancellation of NBW .. if not it was a hoax... just sit and relax and settle when the matter goes to court and you receive a summon. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]

In this situation u need not worry and a lawyer can handle your case . You need to give all the details loan amount,the money paid and defaulted amt.
