Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In 498A my Anticipatory bail is rejected in session court my lawyer applied in high court he is saying 10 to 12 days it will take is he right how much time will take in high court?

Generally the Anticipatory bail application takes time. It depends on the case load of the court, the service to the APP etc.
