Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
498a case been filed and got AB,police FIR status online shows:Final Report/Charge sheet Prepared.My doubt is that how do we get to know when police approach court to file the same?how long will it take ?

1) Police will call u whenever u r required. Time cant be predicted.

you need to keep a watch on your case ask your lawyer to regularly keep an eye of the record...
