498a/323/34 - pls suggest (Criminal Law)

HI ,

I have filed an FIR against my husband and my in laws for dowry harassment.unaware of the fact that i can file FIR in my parents place,I have filed the FIR in Kolkata (my marital place), so getting hassles in this matter.

1. How can i get certified copy of chargesheet, bail (my husband and in laws immediately got the bail and he is in Abroad).

2. what are the normal court fee and what would be the court fee if i apply for these copy on urgent basis.

3.Can i transfer this case to state where i am residing ? what is the procedure ? and what would be the grounds for transfer petition?

4. Can I file RCR also ?

5. My husband went to Abroad after bail, will he be free from all court proceedings on the basis of JOB in ABroad ?

please suggest me..

you may ask the Public prosecutor in court about chargesheet filed or not. no need to spend money on it.

Further when case will be started about evidence etc. then you may file transfer petition in supreme court and case will be transferred from one state to another.
