Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

337-A3/34 ppc,
Co-accused was on pre arrest bail. Misused this concession and injured the witness, 336 ppc imposed in new case. Bail recalled by high court. Now wheher will he apply post arrest bail, i.e session court,high court or supreme court. Plz reply experts. Thanks
