Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
304A-IPC- During the accident along with the deceased Victim a cow also died.But prosecution conveniently suppressed the death of Cow but prosecution witnesses and eye witness deposed in cross examination that Cow also died. Because of suppression of material evidence by prosecution accused was convicted. How to get him acquitted in Appellate court?
