304b and 498a ke case me sirf wife ke mother father aur brother ke kah dene se hi court man leti hai kya ki ladke ke ghar balo ne dahej manga? jabki purani koi sikayat nahi ho , ko suicide note na ho, ghatna ke samay family member koi bhi na ho?

court ka manana evidence par nirbhar karta hai agar evidence main prove kar paate hai to hi usko sach mana jayega.
