Legal Question in Criminal Law in
in a 138 case, can a accused attorney ask the complainant to submit incometax return of the last 4 years. if no on what section or law i can refuse to submit or can i ask him to submit his client ( accused ) return first. i has already submitted the income tax return file of the financial year the transaction took . kindly help and thanks in anticipation

during cross examination or under section 91 cr pc the accused person may ask for any document. In the alternative, the accuse in his defence evidence may summon the department with all your returns
