Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
420 and 406
Can't a case of cheating and breach of trust be registered under 420 and 406 for the purpose of borrowing money and then not returning nor also proving that the money was used for the purpose of early repayment of home loan. I only have telephone recordings to prove what I am saying but no written evidence.
