Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

1)the chargesheet submitted in the court the person arrested u/s 420, 468, 471 etc the accused arrested 23rd july 2017 chargesheet submitted within 24 hrs. what about next when the trial is started as per CRPC U/s 167 In fraud and cheating case 60 days are taken . suppose this is correct then trial was started in next month

2) supposed accused is agree his crime then case is close . accused was fraud or cheating near about 10000000/- rupees so court can recover the money please explain detail as per IPC and CRPc

very vague contents. Trial will commence after when the court will take cognizance of the crime and if accused admit its crime then he shall be liable to penalty/fine as shall be imposed by the court with imprisonment.
