Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
In 489-f case, if accused sign in both stop payment application and SS card/bank account opening form is different as per forensic report what will be the effect on case and decision of magistrate under law. The party sign on given cheque is same as mentioned in stop payment receipt.
