Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
In 489-f case, accused signature in both stop payment application and SS card/bank account opening form are different (SS card tempered by bank official and accused as per forensic report) what will be the effect on case and decision of magistrate under law. Accused signature on stop payment application (applied after FIR in back date--no computer record available) and accused signature on given cheque is same.

Accused will be acquitted if you move 249-A petition. Further FIR can be lodged against the complainant for forging the signatures. For more [email protected]
