Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
u/s 489 f mein high court nay bail application mein order pass kia hay k dispute was in property which is return back to the medai there fore 489 f does not attract more over one witness was also not presented for witness police has also written in zimni that cash is received by the mudai more over poloce has not made gunahgar but left the matter at the court decision because case was in court for bail purpose now i want to submit application u/s 249 a kia this is correct or not
