Legal Question in Criminal Law in
1. If a person showing his bill of good for recovery then, why he has to give a superdarinama for the said good as the goods belongs to him?
2. If he wants to dispose or sell the said good then, what does he need to do?

in case they are perishable goods, by court orders they may be disposed off. other goods are given on superdarinama only.
