Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If 9 persons are accused in section 308/ 147/ 149 IPC.
And one has surrendered in Court.
And on the day of judgement on his bail, His advocate submit cancellation appeal of section 502/506 IPC in lower Court and wants time from judge.
So what are the chances of cancellation of his bail in court of District.
