Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Under 409 ppc law can i submit application to magistrate in 489f case agaist bank who change official record, statement of mudai and witnesses is recorded and now we can ask court to verify tempered document from hand writting expert (forensic lab) or not.
