Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

On 28th April 2013 my father and my sister had a fight. I went in and took my sister out of my fathers room telling her its no use arguing with him since my father is just by name a father and has done absolutely nothing for the family ever. My father hurled the door closed so fast that the lock of it was broken and got stuck. At evening my father tried to open the door but since due to the lock situation it did not open. My sister went to outside of the house where their is another door of coming out of the room which opens in the sahin area of the house. She told my father to come out of that door since it was locked from inside by just KUNDI but my father did not respond to her. Then we did see whether our father came out or not. Next day on monday i went to collage and so did my sister who works so she went to her workplace. My father at around 10 am in the morning came out of the other door by unlocking the KUNDI. He subsequently went to the police station and filed a complain against me that i have kept him under HABSE-BEJA and that the police should take action against me. He also showed them the AAQ NAMA which he advertised in the local newspapers stating that he has AAQED me from his property and all. He also in the complaint asked the police to not allow me to stay in the house since he has AAQED me from his property since the property is under his name. Ever since that day i went to the SI of the local police station and gave my oral statement that its a false allegation. After that my elder brother and elder sister filed written statements with the police station all in favor of my statement that none of this ever happened and that my father is just making a false allegation. I have not yet given a written statement I want someone to tell me the proper course of action i should take since this thing is getting to my nerves on a daily basis and is hurting my overall health and studies. Police has not as of yet filed a report or launched an FIR. But my father is very pursuant and is going to SSP operations and others asking them to tell the local police station to register a case against me. I want someone to guide me in this regard regarding what sort of action should i take against both this HABSE-BEJA case and also to this AAQ NAMA thing. Can the police take action even after all these statements of my brother and sister and also can the police keep me out of my home due to this Aaq nama and if so what legal courses do i have?Please do reply and reply urgently since this thing is keeping my whole family and specially me very disturbed.
