Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

1. Trustees have conspired to grab and illegally alienate trust properties. Relatives of trustees entered into M.O.U. dated 05.07.1998 with builders for selling trust properties. Is done with this respect. The said M.O.U. is caught at the time of income tax raid at some mediator.

No action done by Charity Commissioner against the trustees in spite of the fact is available on records of C. C.

2. CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST: Trustees obtained permission from Charity Commissioner stating that they want to construct temple and residence of Sadhusant.

On the contrary, they obtained permission for construction of SHOPS, NURSING HOMES, RESIDENTIAL BUILDING on so called trust land on 20.10.1999. (The said application is from the office of Popular builders) Trustees have also availed loan of Rs. 9.90 Lakhs from the same person from whom M.O.U. dated 05.07.1998 is found in Income tax raid.

Trustees are not from our community. Pls suggest the ways to stop them in dealing illegally with trust properties & remove them with our appointment as trustees.
