A 15 year old child is sent to a summer camp organized by a school wherein he losses his life due to electric shock from a water cooler which did not have proper electrical safety equipment as also the electrical authority's report read that the wiring was old and not maintained for long time.Who can be held responsible for the death of an innocent and under which section of IPC?

it is the negligence of the organisers of the summer camp and the school management.
