Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a 19 year old girl had ran away from her home with her lover ,when she got to know that her parents are going to fix her marriage with a 35 year old relative person.
court allowed that girl to live with her lover but the girl's mother filed a false complaint against the family member of the boy and also forcing the family member to surrender and also girl's father is frustated that he is now trying to kill her daughter police officers too supporting the girl's family . how to get rid off ?????
