Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I'm 32 years old female.2 years back me n my brother join a fitness gym.from there i get to know one of guy who was working as a gym instructor there.on new year the hole gym group together went for the new year party.after 4 month i quite the gym n got no any contact with any of the gym group .one year later the gym instructor came to my house to invite us on his sister's wedding me and my family attend the wedding den few week later we do the prayer in my house n i invited all of my friends,the gym instructor came alone to my function den i also introduce him to my husband.few days later my father passed away den this gym coach came to my father's funeral. den he started to visit us everyday we was very uncomfortable with this from morning he came n only go back in the evening.one day i and my sister told him that we are not comfortable with of his visit everyday. eveything was over den few month later one day sudden he came to my house and asked for few thousand borrowed wen i denied to give he start fighting with me that day me n my mother was alone at the house he start abusing me and my mother without any fear my mother request him to leave the house but he didn't ,he told me that i'll regret if not give him money i and my mother was shocked and very blur,he told he that he will published my photo on the news papers and will defame me every where,when i told him to get out of the house ,he purposely stood on my main gate and start threaten me in front of my nabour and said that he ll make my life he used all kind of dirty word and went off .i was very scat off him sudden behave the vary same day i went to the police station and make a complaint against him the police officer tell me not to worry and they will take action against him but nothing happened one month later i received a layer letter from the the guy which he mentioned that i took one lack from him n have to pay back with 18% .i take the layer too.the same time this guy went to the anti-corruption office the file the case against me but the anti corruption didn't found any guilty and close the case but this is not the end yet. den this guy went to the court and put a false case against me n my brother that we are the agents and

after file this case in the court he still went to the commission office and make a case (420) against us but even the commission office didn't found us guilty and also close the case

pls be noticed in his vary first layerr latter he only mention my name that i promise him to employed him in oversea cheat his money den his second complaint he mention my brother name after he went to the anti corruption den court and after commissioner office

now he change his statement and said that he was having affair with me and willing to marry me (i'm already married) that's why he gave me this amount

he make all the false cases against me and my brother he is going on and on

please help me and advise me that what should i do now
