Legal Question in Criminal Law in Canada
I am currently 18 years old
I commited a crime when I was 16 and was put on house arrest ever since
I have a girlfriend now and I want to get an appartment but my house arrest is stopping me from doing so, anyway to work around this?
My surety is my dad

For any judicial interim release or bail order a review is available, either because the order is wrong or because a change of circumstances may justify a revision. That you have dutifully complied with the terms of your release for more than a year might be enough. Bring this to the attention of your lawyer.
