I placed a salary copy of my wife and her salary is 8000/- p.m, now she provided a statement the she is working on contract basis and her contract is going to end on 31st March 2013. ( salary slip provided by me as proof on 2nd March'13.

If you want to assert a particular fact, then you will be required to prove the same by adducing appropriate evidence.
