Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If the AB is rejected in high court for 2 times then can it be applied again with a new petition? What is revision? Can it be used in this type of case?

You cannot use Revision, but you can again file Bail application on change of circumstances or you can approach Supreme court. you may contact me at 09814110005 and i will explain you the way out.

You may consider "regular bail" after you are arrested.
