Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am accused in a cheaque bounce case. First time when the notice came from the court for hearing. I was out of station and the the man from court returned with the notice. When i contacted my lawyer he said that the notice will come again and then we will go. But someone said that now court will issue a bailable warrant against me instead of sending another notice. Is it true and if not then in how many days will notice comes again back.

for further notice, it is upto court.
ask your advocate he will confirm you the next date.
