Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Accused has given cheqeue to Mudai in Islamabad. On dishounoour of cheque, FIR is registered in islamabad further in investigation, FIA reported that signature of accused is changed by the bank located at Dina Jhelum or tempered by accoused. Need to know where Mudai should lodge FIR in Dina or Islamabad aginst bank manager or FIA will help or its responsibility of Islamabad Police to take action. In such case who will responsible bank or accused (on bail). What action can be taken.
