Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a accused in a fraud cheaque bounce case. My lawyer is saying it is impossible to prove it as I has no witness in my favour and i should compromise with the other party. Is it true. Or should i consult someone else.

it is always better to compromise for in a cheque dishonour case the defence is limited.If you had a liablity to pay the amount and you issued a cheque then you are liable to pay.However let me know your defence and i could advice you better.

Yes compromise is one of the option but for better advice would like to go through the facts and documents.
