Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I AM accused IN a fraud CHEAQUE BOUNCE CASE. The plaintiff has filled double amount himself. I have not signed any document. Is there no way to prove it is a fraud case or i have to pay the double money. Plz help I AM very worried.

YOU MAY FILE A COMPLAINT OF FRAUD AND FORGERY AGAINST THE PERSON FORGING DOCUMENTS.
