Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am the accused has taken a freindly loan of 1 lakh rupee and given three blank cheaque in security he himself filled the total amount of 10 lakh and given me a notice of cheaque bounce case. I have not signed any document.In a cheaque bounce case u/s 138 how can I prove I am innocent and what if I does not recieve the court summon.
