Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
We are three accused - Husband, Father in law and Bhaisur. The case has been filed by the informant wife u/s 498A and 3/4 D.P.Act. The charge has been framed against all the accused. and three witnesses has already been crossed. We have filed against discharge and 207 , Is there any more provision for filling in High Court for quashing, Kindly suggest ?
