Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can an accused person be discharged by court before or after framing of charges u/s 323,341 and 504 IPC after the magistrate takes cognisance after police chargesheet filed even though police report lists witnesses testifying about innocence of accused, Medical report says "No Injury" after examining the complainant.
