Can I get acquittal of ipc323 as I am mentally ill,suffering from Generalised Anxiety Disorder(G.A.D.) The doctor certified me that I get excited frequently because of G.A.D.

No. Person suffering from GAD is not mentally unsound or insane. It is an disorder which can be cured.
