i am acquitted from 498a/406 case by jm now what time limit for complaintant to file appeal against me in session court?

The complainant has a limitation of 60 days to file this appeal. But that doesn't mean that she cannot file an appeal after the period of limitation. She can always file a delay condonation application and its usually allowed.
