what action can be taken against a person who secretly investigate personal matters on grudge and on the other hand writing false statement about that particular person and about his family member in the public forum (facebook).iam going through this incident, which had not only spoil my name in the society but also hampering my personal life and my profession life as-well. Iam mentally disturb and cant concentrate on my work
The person who is doing this act is an Advocate and we were friends before ,but now with some reason we had a clash and we are no more friends.he know many things about my family .previously he use to mention all such rubbish in his letter and through e-mail, as i use to ignore his letter and mail he is now posting on Facebook. kindly help
