Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had agreed to sell a plot for which i took bayana from a party. deal could not go through and i returned the bayana amount.both receipts are with me. however a third party now claims that the cheque for the bayana amount was given by him and also asking for money. do i have any liability towards a third party ?

no you dont have any privity of contract with the third party.
