Hello all,

I got engaged to a girl and my brother, office friends (one of them was a lady), and a lady from the girl's side were present.

I have the engagement photos and videos.

After the engagement she started extorting money from me and when I refused to pay money (to support her) she filed a rape complaint against me.

My lawyer has taken my brother's memory card, which was on the phone using which he has taken few photos. The lawyer said it is for bail.

But after coming out on bail, I enquired another lawyer and he told me that my first lawyer shouldn't have done that, he might have kept the memory card for himself as no Judge will accept memory card at this stage of the case, especially for bail.

How can I verify that what all documents are submitted to court for my bail ? and thereby check Is the memory card also submitted or not ? If the memory card is not submitted what steps I can take to get it back ?

Please guide me.

you can inspect the court file of your bail application and check if memory card is there. Normally for bail application only pics are filed not memory card. Approach the lawyer and seek information about the memory card and try to get it back from him.
