Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Hi All
I have one question please need your expert opinion.
1) One party has put istagasa on me, Today i have checked from court the judge has dismiss their istagasa due to non persue the case so in this situation now we are free or still he will reopen the istagasa

You are free unless complainant attempts and succeeds in getting the case opened.

Complainant may restore Istigasa by placing application to court. Reliance may be placed on 2003 YLR 2211. Feel free to contact us @ 0321-7847250.
