I have given amount for business for 1year,the partner he has given me postdated check,the check is bounced so what shall I do,please help me out

Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer within 15 days from cheque bounce date. If he will not return mony then file case under sec 138 of n i act within 30 days. For any legal help call me on 8446247807 or 9604349028
