Legal Question in Criminal Law in
Its a ancestor property.... i m one of the party... but some of our family sold a property and got some of amount from buying party without my knowledge and signature... how can i put stay order .... is it possible... sir please reply...

yes, but only when you file a suit for partition and along with that claim stay on transfer by other co owners or members of family.
