on your answer to my question about recovery of my lended money wherein i hve mentioned about a telephonic conversation .one thing is confusing me that i do not have any legal documents except my converstaion ,to filed a case nad to proof my case before the court i need evidence or witness.which i do not ahve as itold u.whether i will be able to proo9f my case only on the absis of the telephonic conversation is there any other way out ,pls help me .and i as advice me where to filed a case .before police or ina court .waht type of court,pls help me and also pls put light on the section sand law,pls help me

with your limited evidence you have 2 options either forget the money or file a suit for recovery.consult a local lawyer and furnish the details of your case in order to file the case.you may file a police complaint against the person.
