can we get anticipatory bail in 138 of cheque bouncing in delhi and utter pradesh

Dear sir,
There is no provision of anticipatory bail in the State of Uttar Pradesh due to state amendment and since it is pertaining to offence under section 138 of N I Act and it is bailable offence therefore there is no necessity to take anticipatory bail.

it is a bailable offence and you do not need anticipatory bail unless the court took cognizance u/s 420 of IPC as well. in UP there is no provision for anticipatory bail.
