Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Anticipatory Bail given today till 08Jan2014 for FIR dated 14Dec2013 with ipc 420/419/34...Now if police able to submit chargesheet before 08Jan2014 then I hope we will NOT need to renew AB hence chance of police arrest..then we are planning for Plea Bargaining as soon as we receive court summons to close this case in 2-3months.....Experts please guide if all this practical or we wrongly understood procedure...

wishful thinking. After the FIR is registered the police will investigate the case and if they want to arrest you you will get a bail. The court procedure are not as simple as you think. for further details contact 9312411481.
