Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
if an applicant secretly records the biased inquiry proceedings of anti corruption, can he put up it as a proof of bias in request for inquiry de novo after inquiry has been droped ? . is it a crime to recrord secretly.?

No, it is not evidence but can be produced before any authority investigating the matter, just to convince them.
