i had applied for anticipatory bail against a false case filed against me and mt family members by my wife under 498a. The session court has ordered that a notice period of 3 days will be given before arrest.what does this mean and what are mfamily's chances of getting anticipatory bail/bail? what are my chances of getting bail in future?

it seems that so far F I R has not been registered. If the FIR is registered, If the police want to arrest you then police will give you notice of three days. During that period you may apply for anticipatory bail again against the particular FIR and the particular offence.
