Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Africa
How can i get an arrest record removed from my criminal history if my case was withdrawn? Is there a chance that i could still apply for a job under government departments?

An arrest does not form part of a person's criminal record. Therefore, if you were arrested and the charges were later withdrawn, you will have no record in respect of that particular incident.
In the absence of any other criminal convictions, you will therefore have a clear record and would be able to apply for any position you qualify for.
Best of luck
