Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can I be arrested if my pen drive is stolen and misused? I had important client credentials in the pen drive which gives access to several interface back-ends. I lodged a diary report (Police refused to take FIR since I didnt know exact suspect and it was 3 weeks late).
If the pen drive is misused, I know I may be questioned, etc. but can I fall in any trouble because of this?
